Shipping Policy

We have different shipping speeds and delivery timelines depending on product availability and area pincode.

Here’s how you can find out if your desired product & pincode is eligible for express delivery –

1. Head to your desired product page
2. Choose the product size
3. Enter your 6-digit pincode
4. Delivery timelines will be shown based on the stock and is subject to availability

Please note express delivery is subject to the following T&C –

• 72-hour Delivery is available only across Mumbai, Thane, Vashi and Palghar.
• For a customized mattress exclusively manufactured for you, it might take slightly longer.
• Any or all orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will be processed on the next working day.
• In case your area pincode is not eligible for 72-hour delivery, your orders will be delivered within the standard delivery range of 7-10 working days. Please note this does not include holidays.
• Please be assured we will notify you of any delays in delivery.
